If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased from Royale Cosmetics online store, you may return the unused item or items for exchange or refund (we’ll even pay for the return shipping fee).
First, a few details:
  • All returns must be accompanied by all original components.
  • Products must be returned in new or unopened/unused condition.
  • Lost your receipt? No problem! We are able to locate purchases made using your account.
  • If you are unable to return the product with its receipt and we are unable to verify the original purchase price of the product, your refund will be in the form of an in-store credit equal to the lowest selling price at which the product was sold during the 90-day period preceding the return. 
  • In order to offer the best shopping and product-return experience to as many guests as possible, we reserve the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our generous Return Policy (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud).
All returns are subject to validation and approval at Royale's discretion.
Quality is super important to us-we take protecting the integrity of the products we sell very seriously. Royale Cosmetic's policy does not permit the resale of used, damaged or expired products. Our policies and procedures are aimed at ensuring that only the highest quality products are sold. Our customer service team is trained to inspect and then properly dispose of any returned items that have been used, damaged or expired.
After we have processed your return and issued a refund, we'll let you know via email. You can also look up your return status online by logging into your account and clicking on order status. If your refund is being applied back to a bank card or credit card, expect the credit to appear on your account within 7-10 days after you receive the notification email.

Our Online Service Team will provide a pre-paid return label via email.
Print the label from your email. 
Carefully pack items into the package. Seal the package and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
Take the package to any U.S. Postal Service location.
